He will provide an analysis of the current political and tax law climate, and discuss how to implement and make the most of planned giving vehicles. \n \n  \nAbout the Presenter: \nJack Owen, Esq. is a tax lawyer with and member of  Rhoades & Owen, LLC, is a past President of Pittsburgh  Planned Giving Council ("PPGC") and is the current Chairman of PPGC's Legislative Affairs Committee.  Jack received his A.B. (History) from Grove City College (1980), J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law  (1983, where he served on the Akron Law Review), and  Masters of Law and Taxation from the College of  William & Mary Law School (1984).
